The billing practices of this office are atrocious. I really appreciate my therapist and this review does not reflect her. But I would not recommend anyone that doesn’t have an unlimited disposable income to come here. This is not a tattoo shop or a hair salon, charging a late cancellation fee of $75 to a patient that fell ill is honestly just sickening. Also, copays are not taken at time of service (this is not an industry standard) but rather several weeks later and completely at random without warning, as a medical biller myself - this is just disgraceful. This practice of theirs has overdrawn my account multiple times at this point due to never knowing when they will randomly charge my account. Again, the billing practices of this office are entirely unconducive to actually helping mental health patients. Very unfortunate.
