We lived here for a year. The only problem we had as I’m sure it happens in any apartment complex is one or two noisy neighbors. Other than that it’s quiet. The minute the sun goes down it’s peaceful. Very clean and very spacious. You get your own little patio. Air conditioner and heating. The maintenance guys are great. They get things done. The manager is amazing. When we needed something done all I had to do was shoot her an email and maintenance was there the next day or two. If something changed the manager would contact us with plenty of time. They keep up with the landscape and with scheduling routine pest control. I didn’t have a problem with that at all. If I didn’t have to move due to my husband’s work I would have stayed. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️

This is a beautiful hidden gem in Hampton. The townhomes are BIG! They really take care of the townhomes and the properly always looks good. You can tell that they care about the upkeep and it seems like they are always making improvements. I lived at Hampstead for 2 years but just recently moved as I transferred with my job out of state. If I come back too the area I will definitely move back here. Christi in the office I can say is the best property manager that I have had and I have lived at 5 different apartment communities. She is always pleasant to work with, she always followed up with me after maintenance requests, even personally took care of a few odd requests I had while I lived there. I hope you give them a chance!
